How to Upload Videos to a Google Picasa Album

Hi, I’m Tina Brinkley Potts, and this is how to upload video to a Google Picasa album. You may want to do this because that is one of the easiest ways to share content with your Google plus family and friends. First, you would want to have the Picasa software on your computer. I have it on my Mac, but you can also have it on your PC. And what would happen is over on the left-hand side bar, you will see all of the media that is actually on your computer. So then you select one of the videos, which I’m going to select here, and then I’m gonna click the share button. What happens is it says, okay, here is a photo album, where would you like to share it? And I’m going to share it to the one that I already have there, but if you want it to, you could add a new one right here by clicking this button. So then you add a message, and you click upload. Let it take a little time to upload. And then you’re done. You can click the button here to actually view it online, and there you see the video. It says the video is still processing, so you have to give it a few minutes, but you would be able to watch the video once it’s done processing. And that is how you upload videos to a Google Picasa album.
