Yesterday I held a training to teach my program members how to create a workable multi 6 or 7 figure coaching business plan. For those that want this in 2016, here are some hacks to help you get there with ease and grace:
- Rolling Enrollment – Tweak your group programs so that the programs are conducive to rolling enrollment. This will keep you from stressing yourself out trying to meet self-imposed deadlines.
- Low Priced Tangible Product – Creating a product that an audience can buy and enjoy your magnificence will help you earn money while you sleep (no longer trading hours for dollars). No need to wait for that one high end client, having this low end product will attract the high end client more quickly because they can see your expertise.
- Good, Better, Best Offer – Whether you are utilizing a group coaching or one to one coaching model, having one service/product will surely set you up for trading hours for dollars.
- Retargeting – For the same price of your morning latte, you can significantly improve your sales. Did you know that retargeting brings back 26% of consumers to finish the sale?
- Consistent Follow Up – Sadly, it is human nature to only go after the low hanging fruit. Statistics show you are leaving a great deal of money on the table without having structure, meaningful follow up (not just a newsletter). Have you heard that it takes a possible 7 to 10 touches to move a prospect through the buying process?
- Evergreen marketing – Create a piece of media (audio or video) that gives insight into your coaching style without actually saying this is my coaching style. While written form is great, preference is given 100% of the time to media that can be experienced.
